Hello, hello!
Happy (almost) the end of the week! I am excited for the flea marketing trip, tomorrow, that I told you about. It's a little like Christmas morning to me. Do you like flea markets? But, the other reason I am excited as I am finally ready to open my shop, tomorrow! I am excited and nervous. I will make a little announcement here & would love if you came by to say "hi" or visit. In the mean time, I wanted to share a few things that are making my day today. Little things and Big things. :)
~ This guy has got to be the most beautiful llama on the block! Sporting some of my favorite colors and pom poms?! Just another day at the office, for peruvian llamas. By Mike Gabelmann here.
~ It's no secret that I love this shop, my two bags from there are two of my favorite things. I have been needing a new wallet and coveting one from VB, for awhile. The one above is it but, you have to zoom in and look at it up close. The pattern on the leather is what sold me (ok, ok! and the tassels).
~ This top doesn't look like much in the photo but, something about it ( up close and personal) has me besotted. It's very soft and seems to drape really well. Or, maybe it just screams summer and tossing it on for a day at the beach, to me. Not sure but, love it anyway.
Little moments:

So, on friday, I am going on this flea market trip (with Marichelle). We've gone a couple of times in the past and it is always so much fun. I hope you got my message, on friday, saying how sorry I was for my recent absence. I'm back and wanted to share a few things that were inspiring me lately & a few things I have been working on.
Inspiration:
~ Love this shop, that carries nothing but, adorable piñatas! I am in love with the numbers, sort of a pseudo disco ball, don't you think? :)
~ Loving Rifle Paper Co.'s new phone covers. I am having a moment with gold & black, these days. The one above is calling my name.
~ LOVE these new suede Toms. I bet they are super soft.....

Hi my darlings!
I am so sorry I have been M.I.A. Last week, my girls were on spring break, it was my birthday and I am frantically trying to get all the components of my shop together so, I can open it soon! I should have visited to say what I was up to but, I never seemed to have a moment! At any rate, just popping in today to say "hello" and to let you know that I'll be back next week. Also, the main reason for my popping in today is to talk about my awesome husband and his show that is premiering on Netflix today!
I have mentioned it before, in the previous months. Today is the big day and I am so proud of him. It's called Hemlock Grove and I am so excited. I would love it if you want to watch but, be forewarned that it is of the horror/thriller genre.

Hope you are having a wonderful end to your week. Sorry I'm a day late, with thursday's post! My workshop is coming along and I think it will be kinda cute down there, when I am finished. Thanks to some early birthday presents coming my way, I have been able to get a few things down there to make it closer to the inspirational spot I was hoping for! Yay! ( I will be sure to share a few pics, when it is all finished) A few things that are making my day today....

Hello lovelies!
So much swirling around in my head these days....so many things inspiring me and not enough time in the day. We spent a good portion of the weekend easter egg hunting, cleaning out our basement and finaling getting everything, that doesn't belong in my workshop, out of it! That felt great and thanks to my hubby for working so hard on it. Now, I feel a clearer vision of where I want the workshop to go. Natural elements and whites and shades of pink ( light to neon). A little bit of what I am craving, down below.
~ Kantha quilt here ( I have been wanting one of these forever) We have a chaise, that I think I have mentioned before, that is a great shape but, not the greatest of fabric. Marichelle suggested covering it with plain white sheets and then I want to drape this pretty quilt over it. Simple but, hopefully pretty.
~ No. 60 from Bailey Doesn't Bark's mini series here ( My friend RJ has created this beautiful mini line and I am in love. This one is my fave and I think it would bring good luck to my workshop, if it was hanging in there)
~ PS cabinet here ( I need one more work surface down there, and this cabinet from IKEA is perfect. Also, the storage underneath would be perfect, too.)
